Aucwell, one of China’s most popular commercial vehicle manufacturers, has officially entered the Nepali market by appointing EV Go Nepal Pvt. Ltd. as its authorized distributor.
The company, known for its expertise in commercial vehicle manufacturing for nearly two decades, has recently shifted its focus toward electric mobility and is now bringing its range of electric minibuses and vans to Nepal.
An exclusive agreement between Aucwell EV China and EV Go Nepal paves the way for the introduction of the brand’s diverse lineup of electric commercial vehicles. Aucwell currently manufactures everything from 11-seater electric vans to large electric buses and pickups, with its EVs already available in more than 70 countries worldwide. With this entry, Nepali customers will now gain access to the brand’s expanding portfolio.
According to Anup Kumar Baral, Managing Director of EV Go Nepal, the company will first launch 11, 14, and 16-seater electric vans and minibuses in Nepal. Larger electric buses with 19, 25, and 26-seater capacities will follow soon. Depending on demand, the company also plans to introduce cargo EV vans, electric pickups, and medium-duty electric trucks to meet Nepal’s growing need for sustainable commercial transport solutions.

Aucwell operates its EV production plant in Fujian Province, China, while its headquarters are located in Shandong Province. The company also boasts a dedicated R&D center, underscoring its commitment to innovation in electric vehicle technology. One of Aucwell’s competitive advantages lies in its ability to supply specialized spare parts at more affordable prices compared to other Chinese commercial EV manufacturers.
To support its expansion in Nepal, EV Go Nepal has already begun setting up service infrastructure. The first service center is being established in Kathmandu, with plans to expand to other major cities as sales increase. Additionally, the company is ensuring a reliable supply chain for spare parts, strengthening after-sales support for Aucwell customers across the country.
